Mr. Roshan Kumar has over 15 years of industrial experience in safety, engineering, and manpower management. He is a former Tata Steel professional with extensive hands-on exposure to industrial operations and compliance systems, and a certified Lead Auditor ensuring that all company operations meet ISO standards. He is also an expert in implementing Safety Management Systems under the ISO 45001:2018 framework.
He possesses a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and facility safety protocols and is known for promoting a culture of discipline, safety, and teamwork across all SRIS projects. His leadership fosters high standards and professional excellence throughout the organization.
